Cancellation Policy

Revolve 360 Studios — Booking & Service Policy Thank you for choosing Revolve 360 Studios! Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth experience. 1. Booking Confirmation & Deposit A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) are required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at the event, before setup begins. 2. Booking Deadlines Bookings must be completed at least 10 days prior to the event. Late bookings cannot be accepted. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule bookings online up to 72 hours before event start. All cancellations or reschedules must be confirmed by contacting Revolve 360 Studios directly. Cancellations over 30 days before event: Refunds available for added services (DJ, photography, videography, mileage, custom props) excluding the deposit. Note: Refunds on DJs, photographers, and videographers are 50% of those services. Cancellations within 30 days: No refunds on deposit, rental fees, or added services. 4. Setup & Operation Clients must provide accurate event details including venue access, power availability, setup time, and any restrictions. Operators will handle setup and teardown. Clients are responsible for timely, safe access for equipment delivery and removal. 5. Liability & Safety Revolve 360 Studios is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages caused by guests or clients before, during, or after the event. Clients must supervise safe use of equipment and props. Damage due to negligence will be billed for repair or replacement. 6. Venue Conditions Clients must disclose venue limitations such as stairs, elevators, ramps, or outdoor conditions. If venue conditions prevent setup, Revolve 360 Studios will assist with alternatives but is not responsible for cancellations or refunds caused by venue issues. 7. Media Release & Privacy By booking, clients allow Revolve 360 Studios to use event photos/videos for marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing. 8. Additional Charges Extra fees may apply for overtime, travel beyond local area, special requests, or upgrades. Clients will be informed prior to the event. 9. Force Majeure Revolve 360 Studios isn’t liable for delays or cancellations due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, government actions, pandemics). We will work with clients to reschedule or credit services. 10. Agreement & Compliance Booking confirms acceptance of these terms and compliance with laws, venue rules, and safety guidelines.
